Sorry I haven’t made a post in awhile. Been busy with teaching. What can you say about Tiger. Ought to make a lot of these over priced athletes take notice what it takes to be a winner. No matter what your feelings about Tiger, you have to respect his guts. It was also fun to see Rocco Mediate do well. For years one of the most popular players on tour by fans and his peers. Now those that don’t regularly follow golf know about him. He seems like a really nice person and if he hadn’t had the injuries he has been plagued with, he could of probably been a major player. Injuries in golf come from tension. When you are changing direction in the swing from front to back you better stay relaxed or you can really hurt yourself.

I have some drills in my ebook (coming soon, we have a host we are happy with now) that will allow you to feel when you are fighting your body with your arms. The arms have to stay relaxed throughout the swing to keep from injuring yourself. Good luck and good golfing.
